If you have experienced sexual assault or sexual violence and need emotional support or crisis response, Casa Fortaleza’s confidential crisis and support line is available now.
We provide emotional support, information, referrals, and accompaniment for you or for someone you care about — including immediate support after an assault. We also offer guidance for family members and friends who want to learn how to help.
For Spanish speakers, we guarantee access to a bilingual and culturally responsive advocate.

Calls and messages to our helpline are confidential and may be made anonymously. Our staff may collect general, non-identifying information that you choose to share voluntarily, such as demographic information or the type of support you are seeking. This information helps us improve our services and better understand the needs of our community.
Casa Fortaleza will not share personally identifiable information with any individual or outside organization without your consent. However, we are legally required to report certain situations when necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.
While we take steps to protect your privacy and the security of your information, no communication system (including phone calls, text messages, or online forms) is completely secure. We encourage you to use these services with that understanding.
Casa Fortaleza is not responsible for unauthorized access to information by third parties or for decisions made before, during, or after contacting our helpline.

The mission of Casa Fortaleza is to work toward the eradication of all forms of sexual violence through education and outreach while providing counseling, support, and empowerment to survivors in Central New Mexico.
